A website design is quoted based on the needs of each individual project. Every website is unique and requires different components, and so the cost of a website varies depending on its complexity. We are happy to discuss your requirements and provide a quote at any time. We’ll ask a lot of questions, assess your needs, and give you a quote based on that assessment.  Our website packages usually range from $500-10000. However it really depends on what kind of website you need. We recently wrote a full guide on how much it costs for a website to give you an idea of the different options available.

We accept payments via Local and International payment partners, such as Paystack, Flutterwave, PayPal, Skrill, Transferwise (Wise), Payoneer, Local ACH transfers, international wire transfers.

We also accept major forms of cards i.e. Visa and Mastercard, as well as major currencies such as USD, GBP, EUR and NGN. We also accept cryptocurrencies i.e. Bitcoin.

Yes, we split the payment into two. The first 50% is usually taken once you have seen the mockup of your homepage and you’re happy to move forward. The following 50% is taken 30 days after this whether the website is completed or not!

Nevertheless, we will give you the oppurtunity to view the progress of the design Realtime and communicate to us any review you make where necessary.

We offer a variety of ways and methods that suit every individual. We do believe that if you invest in your web services with us that it is a serious venture as we want to work with our clients on a long-term basis.

It can vary dramatically but our monthly SEO plans begin at £400+VAT per month. This is generally a starter plan for a local business with a moderate amount of competition. Some of our other clients pay over £1000+VAT per month for our SEO services. It really depends on how much work will be required and how much competition you have in your industry.

Web design timeline can be longer or shorter depending on how proactive you are with assets and revisions. It is also based on the complexity of the website, ranging from pages to integrations. If you have a deadline, we will work hard to meet it.

It takes approximately 6-10 weeks to build a website from start to finish, providing we have all the information we needed from you. Our full web design process is broken down here.

On average, we shoot for a six to eight week turnaround, but the pace of any project is set by each client. How much input you can provide during the initial stages, your availability with feedback, how soon the content is ready – all this affects the speed of completion. The functionality needs may also play a role; more complex sites will take more time to develop. Generally speaking, the website will only take a long time if we are still waiting for text and images from yourself.

Yes definitely! You always have full ownership over your website. Although we'd hate to see it happen, you're free to move your website to a third-party company. And ince your website is built using WordPress, you can transfer it to just about any web host or agency of your choice.

No. We can get started by using placeholder content while you work towards completing your content. We'll even provide you with a content outline to follow to make things easier. This gives you guidance on the type of text and images that would perform best on your website.

A lot! Your input and feedback is crucial to this process. We’ll start with a lot of questions about your needs, your likes, your wants and work with you to develop just the right look and functionality. We would also be needing your feedback to help us make changes where necessary. This will ensure that the overall design looks more like what you dreamed of.

It depends on the package you choose. We are happy to write the text for your website if you would like. We have a copywriter in house who will create the content for your website so you don’t have to. We will ask you a series of questions before we begin, then we will research your market and suggest a series of pages for your website. We’ll learn as much as we need to know to create compelling words that inspire people to get in touch.

Yes. We like to offer the ability for our clients to update the website themselves. We'll give you all the training and tools to be able to make website amendments. We usually use WordPress which means you can make changes yourself without knowing how to code. We will also teach you how to use it with a series of helpful videos so you can add, edit and delete content without paying us to do it for you.

We design your website from scratch using a number of tools. We use photoshop and other design tools for the first stage of the design process to design a markup and then move it onto the website using a platform known as WordPress or if you preferer a code-only website.

Building a website is a lot like building a house. There are multiple, well-defined steps. Here’s how our website development process works:

  • Discovery. What media and assets do you currently have for your new site? What’s missing and still needs to be gathered or created?
  • Design. In the design phase we draft the blueprint (i.e. mockup) for your new website so you can see what it will look like before it’s actually built. This is where you request changes or modifications to your site's design.
  • Develop. At this point your work is done. We now take the blueprint from the previous step and actually develop and code your site.
  • Launch. Once your site is built and thoroughly tested, it’s time to go live on the internet.

Responsive web design is a technique used to build a website that adapts its layout to fit the size of any device. Instead of having to build an additional website for mobile devices, you can lower initial costs by only needing a single website. Since responsive web design is really only a classification, each company has their own interpretation and implementation.

Yes. We believe our solutions are some of the best you'll find. Some of our clients see a majority of their traffic from mobile phones. We put a high emphasis on making sure the website experience on a phone is second-to-none. Your website will be fully responsive and will look great on all devices. We don’t charge extra for this. It comes as standard and we are very proud for it.

Search engine optimization, or SEO, is the process of improving a website's rank on search engines like Google or Bing. Having your website show up higher than your competitors on these services often leads to more visitors and customers. While there are industry standard techniques used to help improve your rank, SEO techniques are subjective and can be thought of as an artform. Our SEO features are designed to provide the biggest impact at prices that make sense for small businesses.

Yes, definitely and in some form. Many people are surprised to learn SEO isn't a single process that takes place. Google has thousands of different factors it weighs in order to rank your website. How fast your site loads, ease of use on mobile, how long people stay on your site, and more are all taken into consideration. On-page search engine optimization is almost always a good idea. This ensures your website is coded to correct standards and the content on your website is structured properly. This makes Google happy and gives you a boost within their rankings.

Off-page search engine optimization is more complex and primarily involves something called "backlinks". These are links on other websites pointing to your website. Getting authentic quality backlinks is very time consuming and dif ficult. Some agencies will try to "game" the system by creating fake backlinks. Google is getting very good at figuring out if a backlink is fake. If you're caught, you can be completely delisted from Google searches. Remember, if it sounds too good to be true, it most likely is.

Yes. It's almost always possible to get your website to show up for "branded" searches, meaning someone typing in your business name. It can be much more difficult to compete on industry keywords if your market is oversaturated. We try our best to see that each website we develop ranks well on the Google search engine results.

We track your rankings using our reliable software. We get updates everyday and we’ll be able to see what’s working and what isn’t. We’ll send you a monthly report so you can see your traffic numbers and rankings. Here are some of the recent rankings from our previous clients.

Before we begin working together, we’ll usually have an initial chat on the phone or via Skype to discuss the project. Once we get started, most of the communication will take place over email. This makes the process a lot easier as we’ll have all of the information saved and can come back to it later. Once we’ve finished the project, we will book in your 1hr digital marketing training session.  It’s rare that we NEED to meet people face to face. Technology allows us to do so much in a small space of time so we don’t believe face to face meetings are necessary. We are always happy to meet you in person if you really need us to but we’ll arrange a consultation price for travel and possible accommodation depending on the distance.

Contact us immediately. If your site is hosted with us, we can always resolve the issue with a single phone call or email. If you're hosted with a third-party, it's possible the issue could be on their end. In these instances, we'll let you know the source of the problem so you can contact the third-party host.

As long as you're on a plan with us, there is no charge for technical support.

We try our best to respond to all emails within one (1) hour. If you have an emergency, we recommend calling us at 07032420219. If it's outside of our normal business hours, leave a message and we'll be notified immediately and we'll return your call.

Yes, we can arrange a maintenance package to suit your needs. This can range from 1hr per month to 10 hours per month and we can discuss a package that’s right for you.

Yes. We exclusively use WordPress, the leading CMS currently in use on the Internet. We believe it provides the right balance of customization and usability for small businesses.

WordPress is a content management system (CMS) software that allows you to edit and manage the text and images on your website. It's open-sourced and community developed, meaning anyone is free to build their website on top of the software.

No. We usually code websites from scratch. But we also apply some piece of codes on our WordPress websites so as to make it unique and tailored to the niche of our clients and organizations.

WordPress is a great content management system that now powers more than 30% of the web. Its huge market share is due to its flexibility and ease of use. Don’t worry, we’ll teach you how to manage it and help you along the way.

Web hosting refers to the server which responds to requests to view your website. It is like a house where your website contents reside.

Put simply, it is a form of another computer connected to the Internet for the sole purpose of transmitting your website to users. Any time you visit a website, there is another computer somewhere in the world you connect to in order to view it.

A domain name is a memorable phrase used to access your website, often "yourbusinessname.com". Every computer connected to the Internet has a long string of unique numbers used to identify itself called an "IP address". Without a domain name, you would need to remember the IP address in order to view a website. An like as a Hosting is the house to your web contents, domain name is the address to the house. Domain names are purchased using a "registrar" which acts like a phonebook. When someone types in your domain name, behind the scenes your registrar will look up your domain for them and return your IP address back. Their computer will then know where to find your website.

Of course. If you subscribe to our plan, It’s the least we can do. As long as it’s available for purchase, we’ll buy it for you and pay for the first year. We’ll send you an annual invoice for the renewal along with the hosting fees. Obviously, if the domain name costs more than the average of $10-$20, then we’d have to discuss this with you.

If you don't have a domain name, we can purchase and register one on your behalf at no additional charge. As long as you’re on one of our plans, we will automatically renew your domain for you annually.

If we build your website, we will generally manage the hosting for you so you don’t need to do anything. We use the same hosting company for our own website and for ALL our clients. Each website is managed individually to avoid any security issues. Every website we build has unlimited bandwidth, 20GB of disk space, 2GB Ram and 99.9% uptime. We’ve used the same company for 2 years and we don’t plan on changing this anytime soon. If you’re interested, the company we use is Namecheap.

You can have an unlimited amount of pages on your website. We will usually design you 3 pages layouts i.e. A homepage, a blog page an inner page e.g. your about page. We can then use those layouts for each new page you want to add.

Typically not. Social media is not a part of the web design process. However, we are always looking for ways to make your life easier. If you’d like us to do this for you, we can arrange a package that suits you.
